إنتبهوا من شرب الماء والعصائر الباردة بعد الآكل سكان الخليج أكثر الاصابه بتصلب الشرايين والسبب تناولهم المشروبات الباردة مثل العصير و الببسي والماء وغيرها تراه يصلب المواد الدهنية التي يمتصها الجسم وتبدأ تسبب ترسبات وكذلك تؤدي إلى السمنه وممكن تؤدي إلى السرطان وإذا بدأ الجسم بإمتصاص هذه الدهون تؤدي إلى تصلب لشرايين ومن ثم إلى النوبة القلبية نسأل الله ان يجيرنا وإياكم منها EFFECTS OF COLD WATER
